Dear World Mission Coworkers in the Lord,

We are pleased to invite you to apply to the Global Leadership Empowerment Forum 2023. As a leadership development gathering for young people, GLEF aims to mobilize influential Christian leaders by empowering them through IBS (Inductive Bible Study). The title of GLEF 2023 is “You Will Shine Like The Stars Forever And Ever.”

For the last 5 GLEFs since 2018, we have tirelessly worked for this goal with the sense of mission. We have not ceased to gather at GLEF even during the COVID-19 pandemic, as we know the importance and urgency of empowering young people to be global Christian leaders does not allow interruption. GLEF serves the Great Commission of our Lord. In the past years COVID-19 was locking down the world. Furthermore, the influence of humanism, relativism, materialism, homosexualism, genderism, and all lies of the world have penetrated even more deeply into people’s lives. However, we have seen and experienced the amazing works of God through GLEF even during this pandemic time.

The young people who were educated and trained through GLEF have become leaders who support and guide college students with Bible Studies, teach them as IBS (Inductive Bible Study) teachers and S.E.B.T.s (self-motivated executive Bible teachers), and serve the ministry as messengers, trainers, facilitators and mentors. They have formed the “International Bible Seminar” meeting and are faithfully gathering from the USA, Europe, Russia, and the Muslim world to study and share the word of God.

Among them, one who had been a rebellious high-school boy graduated from high school as a valedictorian and now grows to be an excellent Bible teacher and messenger for college students. Another one who ran after girls had met Jesus personally through Hebrews Bible studies. Since then, he has grown to be a Bible Teacher, a worship leader, and a messenger in his ministry. A young woman who sought human love has grown to be a compassionate shepherdess. She has established a Bible Study Group in her college and serves students with IBS. Praise God who has done such amazing works through GLEF in the last 5 years. Since we have experienced this great work of God, we are eager to invite you to GLEF 2023 with even greater confidence and passion in the great works that God will do. 

Through GLEF 2023, we believe that God will mobilize many young people to be leaders who can live with the spiritual identity as God’s people, who serves God even in the time of crisis, who can testify for God against the wrong teachings in this world, and who overcome this world by holding on to God’s word and God’s vision like Daniel in the Bible. We envision that all participants will grow as historical spiritual leaders like Daniel who shined like a star in the night through his spiritual influence and leadership. 

With this vision God, we are going to study the book of Daniel. This will be a wonderful opportunity for all participants to learn from Daniel’s faith and the God of Daniel through 7 intensive Bible Studies in groups, powerful messages, and sincere, authentic testimonies on the Book of Daniel. There will also be lectures and workshops about the IBS on Hebrews, Gospel Symposiums, IBS presentations on Psalms, Job, Proverbs, and Song of Songs, History Lectures on the period of the exile from Egypt to the Roman Empire, as well as Factual Studies on Genesis, Exodus, Numbers, Leviticus, Deuteronomy, and the book of Joshua by the young teenagers. 

GLEF 2023 will be held from July 3rd to July 10th, 2023. Anyone who has the spiritual desire for Jesus’ Great Commission and global Christian mission is eligible to apply.
