Witnesses To The End Of The World
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
Dear World Mission Coworkers in the Lord,
We are pleased to invite you to Global Leadership Empowerment Forum 2025. GLEF is a leadership development program for young people who have spiritual desire for Campus Mission and World Mission. Since we first began GLEForum in 2018, our unwavering aim has been to empower and mobilize the next generation through Inductive Bible Study so that they may become spiritual leaders serving God’s World Mission in this generation. For the past seven years, the next generation, educated and trained through GLEF, has grown into spiritual leaders and co-workers for world missions across the globe.
With this aim and vision, we are going to study the book of Acts. God’s redemptive history for mankind began with the calling of His servants and had continued through them. The Redemptive work will be fulfilled when the gospel of Jesus is preached to the ends of the world. The Book of Acts begins with the coming of the Holy Spirit after Jesus’ ascension, empowering the disciples and sending them to be His witnesses to the ends of the world. This book is not merely historical accounts, but also living testament to the gospel of Jesus.
The book of Acts reveals the superiority of the gospel of Jesus that surpasses all wisdom, religions, and earthly powers and saves sinners by faith in Jesus; the power of the Holy Spirit, which enabled a small group of Jews to become spiritual leaders who embraced and served people from all nations, overcoming their limited perspectives and constraints; God’s love to reach to the ends of the earth and save sinners through His witnesses dedicated themselves to the obedience to the truth and His World Mission Commands. This story of Acts, the living testimony to the gospel of Jesus, continues to this day through those who have the gospel of Jesus and obey the great commission of Jesus.
In the midst of this ongoing God’s Redemptive history, we are also called to serve God’s will for this generation. Through this study of Acts, we believe and envision that the next generation will be equipped with the supremacy of Jesus’ gospel, clothed with the power of the Holy Spirit, and grow as spiritual leaders filled with God’s vision and love to reach the ends of the earth. They will be empowered with the heart, vision, and leadership to serve God’s mission. They will be His Witnesses to the ends of the world.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for all participants to be equipped with the gospel of Jesus and to be His witnesses through 7 intensive Bible Studies in groups, powerful messages, and sincere, authentic testimonies on the Book of Acts. There will also be Inductive Bible Study (IBS) focusing on “Who Jesus is” in the Gospels of Mark, Luke and John, as well as special lectures on The Life of Missionary: Horace Grant Underwood and Encountering Jesus in the Gospel of John.
We humbly ask your prayer support for GLEF 2025 to empower many young people with the gospel of Jesus and mobilize them to serve God’s world mission command in our generation as a faithful witness of Jesus Christ.
GLEForum 2025 will be held from July 30 to August 3, 2025. Anyone who has the spiritual desire for Jesus’ Great Commission and Global Christian Mission is eligible to apply.
